Intellectual property. The site, its texts, the CUNEI name, logo and sign, and the 3D scenes are protected and belong to Cunei Technologies. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. The typefaces Michroma, JetBrains Mono and Hanken Grotesk are used under the SIL Open Font License. Some photographic plates on pillar pages are generated with Google AI Studio and edited by Cunei Technologies.

Privacy policy
We collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we process, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, company, role (optional), email, country, area of interest and message. They are used only to answer you and to follow up on the conversation you start. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before any contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Storage. The form does not write to any database. Your message is sent by email to the inbox of the hub concerned (Paris, or Dubai for the Gulf, Middle East and Africa) and kept in that mailbox for as long as needed to handle the exchange, at most 3 years after our last contact.
Server logs. Like any web server, ours records technical data (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for 12 months at most and are not used to profile visitors.
Recipients. Only the Cunei Technologies team handling your request, our email provider and host (OVH SAS, France) can access the data, each limited to its role. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Transfers outside the EU. Messages routed to the Dubai hub are handled in the United Arab Emirates. These transfers are framed by standard contractual clauses between the two entities (GDPR art. 46).
Your rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@cuneifirm.com. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
